Reservations include full breakfast (for each guest) featuring local, seasonal and organic meat, produce and baked goods.  If you would like to invite a friend to join you for breakfast, please let us know regarding arrangements.

Additional amenities available for guests include: wireless, flat-screen televisions, jetted tubs (in some rooms), In-room breakfast (in some rooms), fire-side gathering room, large porch, laundry, kitchen facilities and gracious hospitality.

Reservation Policies:

• Two-Night Weekend:  a two-night minimum on weekends is required from May 1st through October 31st.

• Three-Night Holiday/Event:  a three-night minimum on holiday weekends: 4th of July, Nordic Fest, and Labor day weekends.

• Double Occupancy:  All reservations are based on double occupancy unless otherwise arranged with management.

• Whole House Reservations:  A 25% deposit is required.

Cancellation Policy: 

• Whole House Reservations: notification is required 60 days prior to arrival.  Refund(s) will be made if we are able to rebook the rooms for those dates less a rebooking fee of $150.00.
• Single Room Reservations: notification required 10 days prior to arrival. 

Room Preferences: We will make every effort to please you on the choice of rooms.  However, we reserve the right to change your room for another if it becomes necessary.

No smoking or Pets allowed to make our guests stay quiet and comfortable.
